At Leta, we set out to build the best operating system in Africa and bring down the cost of moving goods.

Building with our customers

From day one, we’ve built our product with insights and feedback from African business owners.

We wanted to build a solution that addresses their specific pain points — a solution that was right for African businesses.

Our goal is to enhance efficient logistics solutions in Africa by focusing on the unique needs of different customers.

We started from Kenya with one use case, one pain point, and a few customers. We launched the first version of Leta and stayed close to our customers, learning from their experiences and refining our approach.

And we also realized that different customers have different needs:

• For FMCGs and big businesses, loading goods at warehouses took a lot of time, and tracking deliveries was hard.
• For smaller businesses, they needed to get their deliveries out faster and needed more data to understand their customers better.

These learnings helped us focus our efforts on helping businesses cut delivery times and collect important information about their customers and logistics processes.

With our solution, African businesses can now save time and money through more efficient deliveries and learn more about their customers’ needs and purchasing behaviour.

Even as we grow, we’re constantly seeking feedback from our customers to improve our solution.
