Purpose & Scope of Role
Leta Technologies is a forward-thinking and innovative technology company specializing in cutting-edge solutions for the logistics and delivery industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence.

- Prospecting and Hunting:
- Identify and qualify potential leads by conducting on-the-ground visits and participating in networking events.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients by actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Close at least 3 new prospects every month. The minimum monthly orders expected will be 2,000 orders fulfilled through the new deals. These targets might change from time to time and will be communicated with you prior.
- Utilize various lead generation methods to uncover potential clients, including but not limited to cold calling, social networking, and attending industry-specific events.
- Product Demonstrations:
- Offer prospective clients personalized product demonstrations, tailoring presentations to address the unique challenges and needs of each prospect.
- Showcase how Leta’s comprehensive solutions address three key value drivers:
- End-to-End Solution: Highlight how our platform offers end-to-end logistical support, including efficient route planning and real-time monitoring of deliveries.
- Live Branded Tracking: Emphasize the benefits of our live branded tracking feature, providing transparency and trust to both businesses and their customers.
- Automating Dispatch: Explain how our platform streamlines and automates the dispatch process, reducing operational costs and improving overall efficiency.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Leta Technologies, emphasizing how our solutions can revolutionize their business operations.
- Client Support:
- Provide outstanding client support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns, answer inquiries, and ensure their needs are met.
- Work closely with the customer success and technical support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Leta’s product offerings, services, and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
Skills, Experience and Competencies
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology or logistics-related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software/tools.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
